The Fischer & Wieser Heritage line represents our original products that would have been found at our roadside fruit stand, Das Peach Haus, in our early years beginning in 1969.  Our Texas Jalapeno Mustard is made in small batches and with simple ingredients that include mustard powder, vinegar, and jalapeno peppers.  Enjoy classic Texas Hill Country flavors with every bite!
