Our amazing chef will lead this 2.5 to 3 hour interactive hands-on cooking.  As we continue through peach season, you will learn cooking techniques utilizing peaches and other fresh ingredients, most sourced locally.  Once done enjoy dinner paired with wine. Take home a recipe booklet with step-by-step instructions and cooking tips so you can recreate the magic of the Hill Country in your own home.
